What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in financial services, Experience supporting crypto products, Experience advising on AML, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance, Knowledge of consumer protection requirements, Ability to manage projects, Coordinate work across teams, Written communication skills, Verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience advising on DeFi projects, Familiarity with global crypto regulatory frameworks, Familiarity with MiCA, Familiarity with MiFID requirements
