**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Support daily administrative and operational activities within the department; * Help maintain and update customer, vendor, and material data in internal systems; * Assist with invoice processing and ensure information is accurate and complete; * Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to solve basic invoice or data-related issues; * Ensure data is handled according to internal quality and compliance standards. # Qualifications: * Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; * Hands-on mentality coupled with a 'can-do' attitude; * Good knowledge of MS Office; * Strong communication skills, as well as team spirit; * Enjoying working in an international and diverse environment. * Fluency in English and German.
