Required Qualifications 10+ years post-graduate professional experience with 5+ years’ experience in one of the cross sectors noted above or the architectural, engineering, and construction consulting industry 2+ years’ data sciences, numerical modeling, digital production, or software development and deployment with an emphasis in tools related to the AEC consulting industry. Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute applied technology strategies and implementation plans. Broad experience with digital delivery, data architecture and management, automation, optimization, and visualization technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and leadership levels. Preferred Qualifications Recent project delivery experience in multiple sectors and business groups. Experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting enterprise or multi‑sector technology platforms in the AEC industry. Understanding a broad range of technologies and their applied use across architecture, engineering, and consulting environments. What We Believe HDR is our company.
