Must Have
7+ years of experience in building AI/ML software, expertise in machine learning, neural network algorithms and generative AI applications, Proficient in programming languages like Python, libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, LangChain, FastApi and LangGraph, Experience with RAG applications, server deployment, cloud computing environments, and API development, Good understanding of software engineering best practices
Nice to Have
Python programming skills, with practical experience writing clean, production-ready code, Solid foundation with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Experience using structured prompt-engineering and evaluation tools (e. g. , LangSmith, PromptLayer), Familiarity with data science libraries and pipelines (e. g. , pandas, spaCy), Experience with Python web frameworks (e. g. , FastAPI, Django) and RESTful APIs, Proficiency in working with SQL Server or other relational databases
