As our new Cross-Domain Data Steward, you will: * Manage day-to-day stewardship operations by monitoring, resolving data exceptions, and handling incidents across people, customer, engagement, and finance domains in line with PwC’s data stewardship policies. * Own the master data lifecycle including creation, approvals, reconciliation, updates, duplicate resolution, retirement, and audit readiness across Opportunity-to-Engagement, Engagement Management, and Financial Accounting processes. * Drive data quality improvements through domain-specific dashboards to monitor scores, manage remediation backlogs, and implement targeted enhancements for measurable impact. * Curate and manage metadata by maintaining domain definitions and supporting approval processes for the enterprise data catalogue and onboarding new data assets. * Build and nurture strong relationships across PwC Malta business units and the wider global data steward community to harmonize definitions, share best practices, and ensure master data consistency. * Make the value of data visible by producing quality reports and insights that help leadership and domain owners make confident, data-driven decisions.
