The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to serve as the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Cross-Agency Program Manager. This role offers the opportunity to help lead one of the Commonwealth’s largest healthcare transformation initiatives, supported by nearly $800 million in strategic investment focused on strengthening healthcare access, improving health outcomes, and supporting long-term sustainability for rural communities across Massachusetts. The program advances innovative initiatives in workforce development, emergency medical services integration, population health, technology modernization, community prevention, and modern care delivery models designed to improve the well-being of rural residents throughout the state.   The selected candidate will work closely with leadership across EOHHS, the Department of Public Health (DPH), MassHealth, and EOHHS-IT to support the coordination, implementation, and oversight of complex statewide initiatives.
