Your dedication to quality service will help us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian via phone, chat, and email promptly and effectively. * Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products or services. * Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on customer concerns. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems efficiently. * Stay updated on company policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team. **Requirements** * Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. * Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. * Positive attitude, proactive approach, and teamwork orientation. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance. **Benefits** 1.
