Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Deliver responsive and professional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. * Assist with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and after-sales support related to electronic devices. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems. * Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively. * Stay informed about product updates, new technologies, and company policies to provide precise information. * Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer service quality and processes. **Requirements** * Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. * Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools. * Willingness to relocate to Greece and work onsite. * Passion for technology and commitment to excellent customer service. **Benefits** 1.
