What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-6 years of experience in growth, CRO, or similar role, Proven experience running and analysing A tests end-to-end, Comfortable using AI tools, Solid understanding of analytics, Ability to think in terms of funnels, user behavior, and conversion, Ownership and drive, Think big and think in terms of revenue, margin, and customer value, Tie all learnings together and share them
Nice to Have
Dutch, French, or Spanish is a plus
