### Job Title **Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Account Manager – E-commerce** ### Job Overview Growth Needle is seeking a highly capable **Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Account Manager** to lead client relationships and drive delivery across CRO and web optimisation projects for ambitious eCommerce brands. In this role, you will act as the operational centre between clients, strategists, designers, and developers. You will translate business goals into structured CRO strategies, clear roadmaps, and high-quality execution. This is not a passive coordination role — it requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional organisation. You will manage high-value client relationships while ensuring projects move forward with clarity, pace, and precision. The ideal candidate combines strong CRO expertise with confident client leadership and the ability to drive delivery standards across a multidisciplinary team. Working with Growth Needle offers exposure to fast-growing eCommerce brands and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping conversion strategies that drive measurable commercial results. ### Responsibilities ### Client Leadership * Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. * Lead onboarding sessions and regular strategy calls with structure, confidence, and clear outcomes. * Translate client business goals into CRO strategies, optimisation roadmaps, and execution plans. * Proactively manage expectations, priorities, and project risks. * Build long-term client relationships through strong communication, reliability, and strategic insight. ### CRO Strategy, Audits & Roadmapping * Conduct qualitative and quantitative CRO audits to identify optimisation opportunities. * Translate analysis and insights into prioritised CRO roadmaps. * Plan experiments and site improvements aligned with key eCommerce metrics such as CVR, AOV, LTV, and funnel performance. * Identify and communicate strategic growth opportunities for clients whe
