What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years experience in similar field, 3+ years experience in agency environment, Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Good knowledge of HTML/CSS, Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools

Nice to Have

Experience working with creative teams, including digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns

What You'll Do.

building and scaling prominent CRM programs

build and optimise emails and lifecycle journeys

management and evolution of automations

segments and customisation across all stages of the customer lifecycle

Continuously identify gaps and opportunities within the customer journey

and prioritise new initiatives

Set the roadmap for how CRM contributes towards our clients’ growth

Lead the planning and execution of all email and SMS campaigns

including product launches

promotions and key trading moments

Be proficient in design and various design tools or brief in design to our graphics team

Ensure campaigns are aligned to our clients audiences and brand tone of voice

Own CRM reporting and performance analysis across key metrics including revenue contribution

Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Stay up to date with latest CRM developments and bring new ideas to continuously improve performance

Ensure data hygiene and integrity as systems and the business evolve

Development of set processes in achieving the day-to-day tasks of the Email Marketing team

Assist in developing CRM strategy for our clients

Monitor and analyse results of email marketing campaigns

including monthly KPI reporting

Recommend and develop optimal campaign plans

formats and platforms to grow profitability

including creating action plans and strategies

Take ownership of the user journey

implementing strategies for all customer communication
