What You'll Do.
Own the ‘Master Build’ for high-stakes journeys in Braze Canvas
Translate business requirements into sophisticated BigQuery/SQL queries
Design event payloads and custom attribute schemas
Lead implementation of high-complexity Braze features
Architect real-time data pulls using Connected Content
Productise the Braze stack for the wider team
Engineer automated solutions leveraging Reverse ETL and scripted Liquid scheduling
Serve as the final technical escalation point for the CRM stack
Diagnose root causes and implement permanent fixes for the CRM stack
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Bridge the gap between marketing vision and technical delivery; Act as a Technical Consultant; Enablement through Democratisation: Productise the Braze stack for the wider team; Lead the ‘Community of Practice’, upskilling the team; Collaborative Enabler: Passionate about democratising technology; Measure success by the technical independence of the squads supported
