Must Have
2+ years of experience in CRM B2C, digital marketing, or a related field, Proven experience with CRM platforms for customer management, segmentation, and campaign automation, Knowledge of marketing automation and customer engagement tools for personalized campaigns and communications, analytical skills, able to interpret data and draw actionable insights, Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing efforts, Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams, thinking creatively to improve customer engagement, Ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Industry experience in Sportsbook and/or iGaming, Experience with Optimove platform, Experience in A testing and marketing campaign optimization
