Must Have

Previous experience in CRM coordination, campaign execution, or QA, Knowledge of CRM platforms (FastTrack, [Customer. io](http: //customer. io/), Optimove, or similar), Solid understanding of casino and sports betting lifecycles, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, Effective communication skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently, High organizational skills and proactive approach, Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability to a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Test and validate CRM lifecycle campaigns (FastTrack and other platforms) before launch.

Check correctness of triggers

Ensure proper functioning of communications (email

onsite) and integration with CMS/external providers.

Perform testing after system updates or feature releases.

Provide final QA approval before campaign launch.

Maintain test cases and results.

Analyze campaign performance and error patterns

Support the CRM Retention team with insights into tested scenarios.
