What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant degree, 8+ years of product management or owner experience, at least 2 years building internal tools, 5+ years of enterprise experience using Salesforce or similar tools to develop business automations and solutions, Experience using agentic tools (Claude, Codex, others) to facilitate the end to end product management process, from problem definition, to code development and production deployment, Experience in summarize complex business processes into automation opportunities and well-architected solutions, Deep understanding of GTM Systems and processes, spanning Sales, Account Management, Services, and/or Partnerships
Nice to Have
Familiarity with agile/SCRUM methodologies for product development, Previous roles in a consulting or high growth tech environment

Develop technical solutions documents
Harden features into production-ready code
Deploy features through engineering pipelines
Oversee delegation and execution of integrations
Collaborate with engineering teams
Ensure successful implementation of solutions
Identify and mitigate risks
Maintain and report on initiative progress
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with GTM leadership, strategy and operations; Partner with peer product owners; Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
Process & Methodology
Manage overall project intake, prioritization, and definition processes, Establish metrics to understand ROI and impact of developed systems and tools, Oversee delegation and execution of more complex integrations or systems development, Maintain and report on overall initiative and roadmap progress, status, and health
