This isn’t just about incremental enhancements; it’s about reinventing how sales executives and financial advisors engage with digital tools—anticipating their evolving needs and contributing to a digital-first, modern sales experience. **Role Overview** The CRM Product Manager is an individual contributor responsible for owning and advancing Vanguard’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform while shaping new digital channels added to the Sales Product ecosystem. This role focuses on optimizing existing CRM capabilities, improving workflows, and leading the buildout of Microsoft Copilot and related AI-enabled extensions.
