Must Have
Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business, or a related field, Proven experience blending Martech, CRM lifecycle management, and content strategy, background in tracking and optimizing marketing channel performance, Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and platforms, familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), multi-channel marketing analytics, Excellent copywriting and content management skills, proven ability to craft engaging, customer-centric messaging that drives action, Proficiency in building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, Experience in SQL, Python, or other data processing languages, Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, working with large marketing datasets, ability to interpret data, run A tests on both technical logic and creative content, provide actionable insights
