As a CRM Manager , you will lead the delivery of data-driven lifecycle marketing and automation strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and revenue. You will own end-to-end CRM performance, optimise customer journeys, and drive scalable growth across multiple brands. This role combines strategy, automation, analytics and team leadership , with a clear focus on measurable commercial impact. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and optimisation of automated lifecycle CRM campaigns across email, push and digital channels * Deliver data-driven customer journey strategies to improve retention, reactivation and customer lifetime value * Own CRM performance, reporting and insight generation, translating data into clear actions * Drive marketing automation and real-time, event-based communications using platforms such as Optimove or similar * Establish testing and experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and incrementality measurement * Collaborate with data, tech and commercial teams to enhance CRM capability and personalisation * Manage and develop a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement ## Qualifications You Have: * Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation (typically 5+ years) * Strong track record of driving customer retention, engagement and revenue growth through CRM * Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove or similar * Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights * Deep
