What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Min 3+ years hands-on experience in managing, executing and optimising CRM Campaigns, Attention to detail, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, time management skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with various Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze experience preferred), Experience in B2B is desirable but not essential, Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential, Proficiency with the Google suite & online collaboration/ticketing tools e. g. JIRA, Coda, Confluence, etc. is desirable
