THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a CRM & Growth Specialist to our Marketing team in Spain! Are you passionate about growth, lifecycle marketing, and building high-impact customer journeys? Do you enjoy combining data, creativity, and experimentation to drive real business outcomes?We are looking for a CRM & Growth Specialist to play a key role in scaling our CRM and Growth efforts across Europe. This person will be responsible for driving and optimizing CRM campaigns across the full funnel, helping convert leads into pipeline and revenue through smart targeting, strong execution, and continuous experimentation.Reporting to the Regional CRM & Growth Manager, this role sits at the intersection of CRM, Paid Media, and Demand Generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless connection between lead acquisition and lifecycle marketing, contributing to a more efficient and scalable growth engine. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role with strong ownership, where you will not only execute campaigns but also bring ideas, challenge the status quo, and contribute to improving how we approach CRM and Growth at scale.
