Not your grandad’s bookie. **👀 The Role** **Title:** CRM Executive **Team:** CRM / Lifecycle **Location:** Gibraltar - Hybrid working with flexibility required around the sporting calendar. As a CRM Executive at Midnite, you’ll help execute and optimise customer lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, retention and long-term player value. You’ll work closely with CRM Managers across Sportsbook and Casino to deliver high-quality lifecycle journeys, campaigns and automated communications across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who wants hands-on exposure to sophisticated lifecycle marketing within a fast-growing gaming business. You’ll gain experience across segmentation, experimentation, reporting, automation and campaign optimisation while contributing directly to business growth. **You will:** * Build, QA and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS channels. * Support lifecycle automations and customer journey execution. * Build audience segments and targeting logic within Braze. * Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters and bonus setup. * Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives. * Assist with reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations. * Work closely with CRM Managers to execute lifecycle strategy.
