As a CRM Developer (Braze) at Massive Rocket, you’ll play a hands-on technical role supporting a major platform merger and migration for an insurance client. Your primary focus will be rebuilding and optimising email templates and reusable messaging components within Braze, ensuring high fidelity to legacy communications while improving scalability and maintainability. This is a build-focused role requiring strong expertise in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and modular template systems. You’ll work closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure seamless migration delivery, minimal defects, and production-ready assets that perform reliably in regulated enterprise environments. Your impact will be measured by clean, reusable code, low QA defect rates, and the successful, on-time migration of CRM communications into a scalable Braze framework..
