Position may require some nights, weekends, and/or holidays for Advancement-related events (Homecoming, Reunion, Family Weekend, etc. ) and/or high-volume gift processing times (fiscal year end, calendar year end, Giving Day).
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, 2 - 4 years of data management experience, Experience with Blackbaud CRM or other similar relational databases, Understanding of principles of relational databases, Skill in analyzing and organizing data and producing consistently thorough and accurate outputs, Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and add-ins, MS Office, Office 365 including Word, and Outlook
Nice to Have
Preferred experience with integration platforms or middleware (e.g. Zuri Group – Velocity, BrightVine Data Link, Omatic), Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM and Zuri Group-Velocity preferred

providing support for users of the system
serving as the central point of contact for Advancement list requests and data updates from across the University
interfacing with other areas of campus (Annual Giving
etc. ) as well as the alumni/donor constituent base
