We’re looking for a CRM copywriter for a 14 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) to join our CRM team in London. You’ll be someone who puts our customers at the heart of everything they do — who is passionate about choosing the right combination of words to say, at the right time, through the right channel. Wise has over 16 million customers — and you’ll speak to giant swaths of them through our emails, push notifications and in-product messages. Money can be complicated — especially the world of global transfers — and our customers trust us with theirs. With your jargon-free words, you’ll make the complicated sound simple.
