Every decision we make — from the highest strategic level to the most granular campaign adjustment — is grounded in data. We work closely with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to understand our users deeply and continuously improve how we engage them throughout their lifecycle. The Role As a CRM Business Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer engagement. Your primary job is to turn user data and business questions into actionable insights and concrete improvements to how Fever retains and grows its global user base. You'll define customer segmentation frameworks, measure the impact of engagement initiatives, automate reporting, and help translate analytical findings into CRM strategies that the broader team executes.
