Your role will include both team leadership and individual contributor responsibilities. You'll be responsible for guiding your team in streamlining client operations and activating new technical capabilities while ensuring the development and adoption of Catalyst tools. At the same time, you’ll remain hands-on in configuring, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end client experiences. More specifically your tasks will include: Team Leadership and Management Lead and mentor a team of Application Consultants, ensuring their professional growth and the successful adoption of Catalyst tools across clients.
