Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role, Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, objects, permissions, automation), Solid understanding of CRM processes (e.g., Sales, Service), Experience with release and change management processes, Experience working with integrations (REST APIs, middleware, common integration patterns), Understanding of data structures, data quality, and reporting in Salesforce

In this role, you will ensure the stability, continuous improvement, and scalable evolution of our Salesforce platform. Working closely with the CRM Product Owner, who represents business stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into robust, standard-aligned solutions and ensure high system quality.You will act as a key interface to external implementation partners and IT, with a strong focus on system stability, data quality, and user adoption.
