Develop audience segmentation strategies
Monitor customer lifecycle metrics
Create dashboards and reports
Track key business performance indicators
Identify and address data inconsistencies
Lead sales campaign tracking
Distribute sales leads
Identify upsell opportunities
Measure campaign performance
Provide recommendations for optimization
Support lead scoring models
Support customer propensity analyses
Provide insights on ticket purchasing behavior
Provide insights on attendance patterns
Provide insights on fan engagement
Analyze information needs of multiple users
Assist in report specifications
Support database applications
Support customized forms and reports
Investigate and resolve data and reporting inconsistencies
Develop and implement workflows
Develop and implement data entry procedures
Develop and implement data collection procedures
Develop and implement reporting procedures
Analyze fan-related data
Facilitate customer data acquisition
Integrate customer data into a defined customer journey
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues
Work with users to ensure systems meet individual
Provide dashboard creation support
Assist with campaign management
Provide general CRM-related support
Perform ad hoc analysis
Perform other duties as assigned
