As a **Critical Utilities Maintenance Technician,** you will become SME for a variety of equipment which includes HVAC equipment, Water generation and purification systems, Steam system, Condensate systems, Compressed air system, Chilled/Glycol water system, chemical mixing vessels/reactors, diaphragms, valves, piping, electrical and other utility equipment. Utilizing blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. at the **ASPEX Facility** in **Fort Worth, TX**. **In this role, a typical day will include** : * Working from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. * Operating utility equipment; conducts tests and reports data in the prescribed format. * Performing calibrations of a wide range of instrumentation throughout facility. * Performing preventive maintenance and unplanned corrective maintenance. * Documenting all work in a variety of computerized systems. * Making system adjustments, modifications, and replacements as advised * Supporting customers by responding to radio communications for support. * Emphasis is on the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required traini
