Minimum of three (3) years third-party critical power field service, Minimum of five (5) years OEM service critical power, Good understanding AC/DC electrical principles, Read and interpret electronics schematics, Troubleshoot failures/faults to component level, Understand and enforce FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations, Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, Ability to kneel or crouch periodically, Ability to stand for extended periods, Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, 100% safety awareness

Your Impact: Pearce/CBRE is seeking an Experienced Critical Power Field Technician (UPS Field Engineer) for Richmond, Virginia, and the surrounding areas, with a commitment to excellence and a strong desire to succeed and develop new skills. As an Experienced Critical Power Field Technician (UPS Field Engineer), you will directly support our customers in the onsite preventive, corrective, and restorative maintenance of their critical power systems (i.e., UPS, DC systems, inverters, PDUs, STS, and standalone reserve battery technologies). As a Senior UPS Field Service Engineer for Pearce from CBRE, you will possess and utilize the 'hit-the-ground-running' and 'think-outside-the-box' mentalities that drive swift and superb solutions to address our customers' needs. Core Responsibilities: Install electrical equipment such as small rack-mounted UPS equipment, various-sized batteries, and UPS/Battery monitoring equipment.
