What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year plus related experience and/or training with specific focus on AOG and airspace industry, Understanding of air documentation process and air shipments flow, Experience in international and domestic (air and ground) routing and dispatching, Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results, Pro-active, organizational skills and detail oriented with sense of urgency, Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general capacity to operate computer equipment, Professional efficiency in English, Ability to lift boxes up to 50 LBS and capacity to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
Nice to Have
knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese, other languages is a plus
What You'll Do.
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight
Provide exceptional customer service
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry
Track and Trace Export and Import files
Use operational workflows on daily basis
Ensure arrival notices are communicated
Ensure accurate and timely client and Service Providers billing
Interact with customers in arranging shipments
Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers
Meet compliance at all times
Understand department process flow
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place
Overseas communications
Perform basic warehouse functions
