The Critical Facilities Technician is responsible for the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of critical facility systems, including power, cooling, backup generation, and physical security infrastructure. This role monitors environmental condition and equipment performance, responds to facility alarms and work orders, performs troubleshooting, repairs, vendor management for onsite support, and maintains accurate technical and maintenance documentation. the Critical Facilities Technician will support the local site team and reports directly to the Chief Engineer. **Job Description** * Ensure proper maintenance of critical data center equipment such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), HVAC systems, backup power generators, and physical security systems. * Identify, report and resolve technical issues identified within the Data Center categorized as whether related to hardware or software systems. * Monitor and evaluate data center performance, including power consumption, ambient temperature and other critical factors affecting data center operation. * Keep technical documentation of the data center up-to-date and accessible to include user manuals, cabling diagrams, and maintenance records. * Monitor Ticket queues and ensure all customer tickets and responded to within required SLA times. * Perform all tasks of a Data Center Shift Technician, including critical equipment maintenance, troubleshoo
