Full Job Description

We are looking for Product/ Critical Component Engineer. The position will have responsibility to enhance our growing field of high speed optical Interconnect products performance, cost and quality aspects. NVIDIA Networking unit has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our high-speed buses & network products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another. Today, NVIDIA is increasingly known as the place for getting “End-to-End High-Speed Ethernet and InfiniBand Solutions” We're looking to grow our company and build our teams with people who can join us at the forefront of technological advancement. We need a talented individual who will help transfer Network Silicon ICs products (Switch, NIC, SmartNic) from design engineering to mass production with top quality products. **What you 'll be doing:** * The candidate will be responsible for Critical component evaluation and introduction to our interconnect products. * The candidate will work with design, HW and process groups to improve or resolve critical components aspects . * New critical component Qualification and Reliability assessment. * Evaluate High speed performance and margins of the critical component. * Run DOE’s and corners samples analysis to evaluate system level performance under different use scenarios. * Set automation tools and monitors to control critical components introduction to the manufacturing line. * Implement new screening methodologies to ensure MLNX quality standards. * Investigation of reliability issues at the CM and Customers sites. **What we need to see:** * BSc (MSc pref.) or equivalent - Strong statistics and data analysis background (JMP or other tools) * 3+ years of Experience in IC/Silicon manufacturing process including fab, test and assembly. * Good understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integration * Experience or background in running a product in high volume production (ICs, systems
