Nice to Have
Masters preferred/prepared, CCRT experience preferred, CCRN an asset, Prior leadership experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee daily activities of CCRT team
Liaise with key stakeholders
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
Ensure optimal management of patient care outcomes
Provide direction to team members
Provide ongoing development to team members
Provide mentorship to team members
Ensure 24/7 CCRT scheduling coverage
Develop criteria for selection of CCRT providers
Market and promote CCRT to stakeholder groups
Ensure resource availability for training
Develop educational in-services for providers
Deliver educational in-services for ward staff
Lead quality improvement initiatives
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Report on quality improvement initiatives
Liaise with ward leadership
Identify learning needs
Ensure accurate data collection
Ensure accurate reporting of CCRT activities
Perform cross-functional duties
Liaise with multidisciplinary team members
Ensure high standards of quality
Contribute to nurses development
Contribute to students development
Contribute to ancillary staff development
Promote supportive learning environment
Ensure collaborative learning environment
Perform human resources responsibilities
Perform financial responsibilities
Perform administrative responsibilities
Ensure efficient unit operation
