What You'll Do.
Oversee daily activities of CCRT team
Liaise with key stakeholders
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

Ensure 24/7 CCRT scheduling coverage
Develop criteria for selection of CCRT providers
Market and promote CCRT to stakeholder groups

Lead quality improvement initiatives
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Report on quality improvement initiatives
