LIVE IN THE VICINITY OF ONE OF THESE THREE COUNTIES, 15 hour on-call shifts, Respond to a crisis event, On-call basis, Complete criminal background check, Name checked in registries, Drug testing, Education verification, Credentialing based on position requirements, Proof of employment history or references, Proof of driver's license, Proof of driver's insurance, Vehicle, IF required for providing transportation
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Meet requirements of Qualified Professional, Bachelor's degree (Human Services field) & 2+ years experience, Bachelor's degree (Not Human Services) & 4+ years experience, Master’s Degree or Higher & 1+ years experience, License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration, Permit issued by governing board, Minimum of one year crisis experience
Nice to Have
Human Services Degrees Include: Social Service, Sociology, Psychology
What You'll Do.
Provide crisis response services
Help individuals avoid hospitalization
Provide support to individuals
Assist individuals with living independently
Facilitate relationships and serve as a link
Minimize negative effects of psychiatric symptoms
Provide supportive counseling
Support client in skill building activities
Perform Case Management functions
Link and arrange for services
Work closely with other staff
Maintain communication and provide feedback
Standardize procedures
Expedite service implementation
