What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - State Board of Nursing, Drivers License (Valid) - USA
Nice to Have
Associates: Nursing, Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder
What You'll Do.
Schedule individuals for crisis and assessment services
Triage individuals with emergent medical/psychiatric problems
Perform clinical intakes
Coordinate with screening/referral
Complete medical record documentation
Schedule individuals for Injection Clinic
Administer injections of psychotropic medication
Educate and support individuals about medication
Engage with drug company representatives
Input electronic medical record documentation
Mail correspondence to individuals
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification in training requirements
Comply with agency policies and procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
Assist in crisis situations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with screening/referral and individuals; Coordinate with STR, psychiatrists/nurse practitioners, providers, and crisis services staff; Deal effectively with a variety of people
