From performing interventions to making referrals for inpatient or outpatient care, your position will offer you the capacity to help individuals every day. **Responsibilities** * You will manage the mental and emotional health of each consumer as needed in coordination with the allied providers * You will complete risk assessments * You will develop safety plans with consumers and their natural supports as needed * You will screen and refer patients with drug and/or alcohol problems * You will coordinate ongoing inpatient psychiatric care for voluntary patients * You will determine the need and facilitate requests to the Designated Crisis Responder when an involuntary detainment evaluation is indicated * You will represent MHS and Behavioral Healthcare to community groups or individuals representing health care or mental health services **Requirements** * Master's degree in a related field * A Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724 one of these higher credentials are held:**Counselor Agency Affiliated Licensed, Marriage & Family Therap Assoc (LMFTA), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), SW Advanced Lic (LASW), SW Associate Advanced License (LSWAA), Mental Health Counselor Assoc (LMHCA), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC),SW Associate Advanced License (LSWAA), SW Advanced Li
