Full Job Description
**Who we are looking for:** We are currently seeking for a CRIMS Technical Analyst to join our team, who will be working on our strategic Corporate Lending Program within Global Treasury IT. The role will focus on multiple projects across the program which is comprised of IT change projects on CRIMS related to new business revenue opportunities, new portfolio management tools, consolidation of the platforms used for loan servicing and BAU efforts. **As a Technical Analyst within Global Credit Finance IT you will:** * Interact with various stakeholders to identify, define and document detailed business requirements. * Lead discussions with partners and downstream on data mapping, design, analysis, and testing coordination. * Support all governance activities to ensure proper sign off from stakeholders on various solutions and enhancements. * Actively engage and execute assignments for large and complex business solutions initiatives across Global Treasury. * Identify and resolve any potential dependencies, risks, and issues. * Provide input to the technology solutions and recommend appropriate enhancements aligned to industry standard practices. * Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders including tech, operations, and downstream partners to meet business outcomes such as supporting new products and expanding existing portfolio. * Provide in depth and innovative analysis to understand problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic solutions. * Identify areas requiring analysis of existing process and usage of loan system and provide resolution or recommendation for more efficient operations. * Assist in special projects as needed **These skills will help you succeed in this role:** * Strong collaborative problem solving skills working across divisions and geographical boundaries. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. * Superb prioritization and time management skills. *
