This role works closely with Chief Pilot of type and Flight Attendant Manager to ensure that best possible solutions are identified. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure crew is assigned to appropriate aircraft for trips and notify crewmembers of schedule changes Monitor pilot duty hours Responsible for maintaining and updating the crew schedule Monitor the passenger load to ensure highest internal crew utilization To the greatest extent possible, forecast the crew requirements for each season for recruitment purposes Maintain necessary communication with all crewmembers for crew schedule changes Utilization of crewmembers in the most efficient and expedient method necessary to ensure operational reliability Secure all necessary accommodations including but not limited to hotel and deadhead flight booking Must haves: Minimum Grade 12 diploma or eq
