What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7 years of experience in railroad track construction, Ability to operate and train others on heavy equipment (backhoe, front-end loader), Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and safety standards, Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~75 lbs), Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, FRA certification required when applicable
Nice to Have
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
