Team up with the General Manager; Working directly with the General Manager; Building team engagement; Provide guidance, coaching, and direction; Working with the District Manager; Provide guidance and mentoring to technicians and CSAs; Assist the General Manager in building and maintaining an engaged workforce; Leads daily team huddles and store meetings; Adheres and holds others accountable
