Counsel and negotiate with customers to improve financial controls

Plan credit restriction and collection tactics for risky

and sensitive accounts.

Collect outstanding receivables in accordance with terms and conditions of sale.

Oversee team members providing tactical and/or technical supervision.

Perform individual tasks.

Plan operational objectives for a team of support personnel.

Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and day-to-day department processes.

Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors.

Share and exchange relevant information to reach solutions.

Present information and exchange information.

Provide day-to-day work direction for team
