Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, 2+ years of experience in credit, understanding of UAE customer payment cycles, Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic, analytical and problem-solving skills, Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet collection targets, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Proficiency in general MS Office tools
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP / FSCM is a Plus
What You'll Do.
Manage credit & collection activities for assigned UAE
Follow up on overdue receivables
Ensure timely collection
Escalate overdue receivables
Coordinate with customers
Coordinate with Sales
Coordinate with Customer Care
Coordinate with Logistics
Coordinate with Finance
Coordinate with Legal
Resolve unblock payments
Perform customer account reconciliations
Ensure accuracy of balances
Timely resolution of discrepancies
Ensure customer’s receivables is regularly reviewed
Ensure customer’s receivables is followed up
Ensure customer’s receivables is cleared
Connect professionally with customer inquiries via email
Connect professionally with customer inquiries via phone
Ensure full compliance with Medtronic credit policies
Ensure full compliance with local regulations
Ensure full compliance with audit requirements
