What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 2+ years of experience in credit, collections, or cash operations, Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is a must, analytical and problem‑solving skills, Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet collection targets, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general MS Office tools

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP / FSCM is a Plus

What You'll Do.

Manage credit & collection activities for assigned UAE customer portfolios in line with Medtronic policies

Follow up on overdue receivables

ensuring timely collection

and dispute resolution

Coordinate with customers

and Legal to resolve disputes and unblock payments

Perform customer account reconciliations

ensuring accuracy of balances and timely resolution of discrepancies

Ensure customer’s receivables is regularly reviewed

Connect professionally with customer inquiries via email and phone and regular field visit

Ensure full compliance with Medtronic credit policies

and audit requirements

Team & Collaboration

working closely with customers and internal teams; Coordination with internal stakeholders; Coordinate with customers, Sales, Customer Care, Logistics, Finance, and Legal

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is a must; Connect professionally with customer inquiries via email and phone
