What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of experience in credit risk management in a banking, financial institution, or Big4 environment, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Proven experience in managing a high-performing team, Sense of organization and ability to manage tight deadlines, General expertise in credit products is essential, Fluent French and English (written and oral) are essential
Nice to Have
Experience in FX hedging and payment risks is a plus, Italian and/or Spanish are an asset
