Must Have

What You'll Do.

Focus on processes of higher complexity

and distribute reports

Perform quality control

Ensure key operating document recertification

Coordinate incoming enquiries

Assist with UAT testing

Document routine processes

Coordinate and provide SME overview

Identify process & organizational opportunities

Provide coverage for team members

Process ad hoc enquiries

Monitor exceptions and work towards resolution

Develop E2E knowledge

Focused learning interventions
