What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of relevant working experience in Wholesale Banking credit policy, credit risk management, credit approval or corporate lending, recognized degree preferably in Economics or Business, Proven experience in designing, owning or governing credit policies, understanding of BNM regulations and the end-to-end corporate credit risk management cycle and control processes
Nice to Have
regional exposure and experience across corporate, institutional, and commercial lending portfolios, Prior experience in a major financial institution is highly valued

Manage policy adoption and localisation
Manage periodic policy update and enhancement
Interpret and embed regulatory requirements
Formulate ad-hoc policies
Engage internal stakeholders
Provide expert advisory on credit policies
Review and update Risk Management Chapter
Support Credit Risk Management Committee
Represent Group Risk Management
Manage Lending Authority Limits delegation
Support credit transformation initiatives
Contribute to departmental oversight
Strengthen operational discipline
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engage relevant internal stakeholders from Business Units, Risk Management Units, Operations and support functions; Represent Group Risk Management in cross-functional, divisional and Bank-wide working groups and initiatives
