What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years relevant experience, understanding of ING’s commercial products and strategy, understanding of credit risk management, acumen with data and models, sense of accountability, solution-oriented with analytical thinking, structured, end-to-end thinking, collaborate across the bank with senior presence, anticipate risks, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
project management experience, experience with credit decision models processes and policies, Fluent in Dutch or French
