We are seeking an experienced **Credit Controller** to join our AR and Credit team where you will work from the Warsaw offices in a hybrid model to provide expertise on Credit Risk, seek for solutions to remove credit blocks and guide Sony’s sales teams and customers to create strong relationships. As a key member of the function, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day credit risk, order’s releases, processing claims, dispute’s resolution, and avoiding bad debts in your region. Providing expert credit risk advice and resolving issues for Sony businesses and multiple entities, including consumer and B2B customers, will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will work on a range of tasks, but also projects ranging from customer-specific to optimising processes, and you will be required to build relationships across local Sales & Marketing Teams, Sony Platforms, our outsource partner, and dealers.
